Providing an opportunity for a brand strategist to stamp her/ his ideas on several exciting businesses as well as in organisation building.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

- Develop and implement forward-thinking strategies that align with brand's objectives and market trends.

- Craft and execute comprehensive brand and communication strategies that effectively communicate the brand's message and objectives.

- Lead and oversee content strategies that drive engagement and resonate with target audiences across multiple platforms.

- Conduct regular content audits and analysis to understand the performance of different content types and refine the content strategy accordingly.

- Augment strategic and creative standards in the agency.

- Drive the discovery of and leverage consumer/category insights to translate into robust communication platforms.

- Provide checks and balances in the creative development process.

- Collaborate with the account management team to grow existing accounts and acquire new clients.

- Monitor local and global trends within the categories closely. Work on new business pitches.

- Role will report to the Head of Strategy.

HIRING PROFILE :

- Postgraduate, preferably MBA from leading Business / Communications School, with 8-12 years, from top digital agencies/content companies, with experience in handling large clients.

- Experience on youth segment useful.

- Deep and demonstrated proficiency in creative strategy, consumer culture, youth engagement.

- Must be passionate about crafting briefs that provide the creative team the springboard to develop consistently outstanding work.
