Description - Head the end-to-end Technology function in a customer facing role including software/ product/ platform development, delivery, infrastructure & IT operations

Manage P&L and drive business while developing & delivering solutions to the customer counterparts

Job Description:

- Head the Technology vertical including software/ product/ platform development, delivery, IT infra and ops aligned to one of the global Customers

- Strike a balance in managing in-house teams and stakeholders along with client partners & stakeholders

- Ensure world-class development and delivery of tech solutions/ services to the Customer ensuring highest levels of customer satisfaction + compliance are maintained

- Instil a good engineering culture within the teams and identify new opportunities to enable tech innovations to enable customer objectives are met

- Drive scaling up of solutions and teams as well as partake in hiring, grooming and cross selling talent within

- Strong leadership stakeholder mgmt skills to balance in-house as well as Customer teams, peers and leadership

- Drive business from the customer and manage P&L responsibilities for the account with the role of maximising revenues while delivering best quality solutions

Profile:

- Strong experience in Technology particularly in platform/ services development, engineering & delivery

- Holistic experience in technology stacks mainly java and others such as but not limited to devops, cloud, microservices architecture, etc.

- Should have previously set up teams & platforms from scratch and taken it to scale

- Strong leadership, stakeholder mgmt., collaboration, and recruitment/ grooming skills

- Very adept in managing/ interfacing with clients and working in a matrix organisational culture

- Be updated on latest technologies & trends and develop internal teams & solutions in line with upcoming advancements in tech to deliver best results to the client

- Good understanding & experience in IT infra , IT ops and processes, IT security, budgeting and management of systems
