Role: VP Software Product Development

Client: US based consulting company

Requirements:

- 4+ years experience in managing and delivering Web and Mobile Projects involving technologies such as: PHP/Angular/Java/iOS/Android/AWS

- Experience in of M3 ERP and Magento

- Experience in Product Road Map

- Demonstrated success in effectively communicating at all levels of an organization.

- Ability to lead through influence and example

- Demonstrated successful time management and organization skills

- Ability to manage and work with a culturally diverse population

Responsibilities:

- Provide decisive and effective technical leadership for all software development efforts

- Lead and develop a talented group of software engineers, technical architects, quality assurance engineers, and designers

- Leverage past experience and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with business clients

- Create and maintain product road maps

- Oversee estimation and execution of project work plans. Direct revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

- Drive software development and engineering solutions that are aligned with business strategy and objectives
