Summary:

The Head of SMB Sales and Global Renewals (USA Market) at the company will lead the SMB Expansion Sales and Global Renewals teams to drive client retention, growth, and satisfaction. This role involves strategic planning, business development, and cross-functional collaboration to align account strategies with business goals, optimize GTM processes, and foster long-term customer partnerships.

The focus is on improving account management, driving NRR growth, and enhancing team capabilities in cross-selling, upselling, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor teams, develop talent, and foster a collaborative culture aligned with company values.

- Client Management: Build strong client relationships, address needs proactively, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement account growth and renewal strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product, and Support teams to enhance customer success and provide actionable insights.

- Performance Analysis: Track key metrics, present performance reports, and ensure adherence to sales processes.

- Renewals & Growth: Oversee contract renewals, drive retention strategies, and maintain high NRR and gross retention.

- Customer Advocacy: Promote success stories, address escalations, and act as a liaison between clients and leadership.

- This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of SMB markets and SaaS/cloud solutions.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.

- Proven experience in account management and retention targets within the technology industry, preferably in data protection, cloud services, or related fields.

- Experience selling SaaS/Cloud.

- Total 14+ yrs of work experience with Minimum of 7+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in SMB.

- Deep understanding of the SMB market and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.
