Job Profile - The Vice President of Service Portfolio Management is part of the leadership team for the Global Head of Technology Infrastructure Services; We are looking for an individual with a strong business acumen and client centric mindset who will be responsible for offer / product management for company's portfolio of Technology Infrastructure Services company's Technology Infrastructure Services portfolio includes Support Services, Technical / Professional Services, and our newly launched Software Defined Infrastructure Services, which is designed to help clients transition to a software centric world.
The portfolio aims to address life cycle services for clients' hardware and subscription software assets across their entire technology estate. . Beyond development of the service offers, this role will also be responsible for Sales enablement, , driving the adoption of service offers.
Job Description:
- Strong business acumen to design innovative offers that meet client's outcomes and market opportunities and align these offers to business objectives.
- Develop TIS Service Portfolio strategy and and drive innovation across our entire suite of offers - including Technical Services, Software Defined Infrastructure services, and Technology Lifecycle Services portfolio.
- Foster business growth and drive priorities based on competitive analysis, market trends, external benchmarks, client feedback and regional business case development.
- Collaborate closely with the broader Technology Solutions offer creation, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that the services portfolio and value proposition is closely embedded into the overall Technology Solutions offers and sales collateral
- Define revenue and profitability key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor and forecast revenue, sales volume, and profit margins; identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions
- Cultivate the service offer team with client centric mindset, conduct solution design reviews, and establish deep understanding of market needs, client requirements, preferences and pain points so that the service offers are constantly enhanced with data-driven insights to address challenges and deliver exceptional value
- Lead strategic and operational aspects of lifecycle services, integrate with OEM vendors, and motivate new tech / API integrations
- Manage the end-to-end TIS Offer development from ideation to end-of-life, hold team members accountable, manage product development costs, and implement efficient operational policies and procedures.
Required Experience-
- Overall 22+ years of total experience out of which at least 7-10 years of experience in a Product / Offer Management role
- Strong thought leadership and ability to translate client requirements into service offers.
- Ability to translate offer requirements into platform features requiring API development.
- Strong analytical skills to gather and compare information from multiple sources, identify business issues, and navigate complex and ambiguous situations.
- Strong technical expertise with solid understanding of digital technologies and trends, including data analytics, AI, ML, Cybersecurity, digital tools & platforms.
- Experience in building, managing and leading world class teams, comprising both technical and non-technical individuals.
- Has experience working in a global business environment, collaborating with diverse backgrounds and cultures across different regions
Academic Requirement:
- Required: Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent
- Preferable: Certifications in Product Management
