Vice President/Senior Vice President - Quality Assurance

Job Description :

- Managing a diverse group of Quality assurance teams across India, Americas, Europe, APAC and ANZ and their teams, Business Process Excellence team and process consultants.

- Responsible to handle and revamp the product engineering, management and roll-out processes and implementations across the banking products.

- Sharing best practices across the organization through presentations and Knowledge Exchange

- Tools deployment to assist projects in improving the productivity,

- Provide inputs towards continuous improvement in the processes/procedures used by organization/engagement/project

- Documentation of QMS and gap analysis if QMS with reference to various ISO standards and CMMI process area requirements

- Defined Quantitative Project Management techniques with sub process and process performance models concept as required by CMMI

Customer Relationship :

- Handle Customer presentations on business processes & quality processes

Operational excellence :

- Through Implementing continual improvement programs for Projects and accounts across delivery and support functions.

- Significant contribution towards defect free deliverables and improved customer metrics through Six sigma improvement methodology Business Development/ Testing Proposal reviews.
