Vice President/Senior Vice President - Sales & Marketing - Machine Manufacturing Business

We are recruiting for one of our client's which manufactures pharma machinery . The role requires candidates who have experience in Sales and Marketing in Machine manufacturing company only.

Qualification : BTech, MBA

Experience : 25+

The JD for the role is as follows :

1) Lead, in conjunction with the Board, the development of Company's strategy

2) Responsible for entire P&L which Includes Sales & Marketing, Service, SCM. Quality, Operation HR & Finance

3)Turning around the entire manufacturing Strategy by creating Modular concept and thus bringing in efficiency and culture of quality within the Organization.

4)Ensure effective internal controls and management information systems are in place

5) Revised and revisit the entire SCM strategy and ensured better working capital Management and quicker deliveries.

6)Renegotiated Pricing and Deliveries with the Suppliers.

7)Designing Incentive schemes for internal as well as external stakeholders so as help achieve Organization's goals
