Requirements:
- Minimum of 10+ years of proven success in institutional sales in AIF and PMS Products within the asset management industry.
- Postgraduate degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field. An MBA or CFA designation is highly desirable.
- Extensive knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and asset allocation strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex investment concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the capability to interpret and present financial data effectively.
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic sales team.

Overview:
Seeking a highly experienced and motivated Institutional Salesperson for our Asset Management Company. As an integral member of the sales team, will need to leverage extensive industry experience and expertise to drive business growth and foster long-lasting relationships with institutional clients. Primary focus will be building relationship with institutional investors, such as pension funds, banks, Insurance Companies, foundations, and other large financial institutions and drive/promote the AMC products from time to time.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Utilize your vast network and industry connections to identify and engage potential institutional clients.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand the evolving needs and preferences of institutional investors.
- Devise and implement effective strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand our client base.
Client Relationship Management:
- Leverage your experience in institutional sales to build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the key point of contact for client inquiries, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide personalized service and insights, catering to the unique investment objectives of each client.
