- In-depth understanding of Products specifically on Channel Management (Mobile Banking, Digital Wallet, Internet Banking, Merchant Acquisition, Debit Cards, ATM)
- Conducting of Risk & Control Self Assessment for all Products
- Product and Process reviews
- Monitoring of Key Risk Indicator for Digital Banking Products
- Operational Risk Incident reporting and conducting Root Cause Analysis
- Should be CA/CWA/CS/MBA
- Good team management skills, ability to work under pressure and good conflict management skills.
