1. To lead, execute, implement and deliver the new features/functionalities on mobile app, chat bot, WhatsApp, Alexa, social banking, Website etc
2. To drive the usage of mobile app across all platforms
3. To understand the requirement shared by product teams
4. Exposure and hand-on experience on mobile applications across all platforms i.e. Android, iOS.
5. Working knowledge and exposure on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning use cases across financial services domain on channels like Chatbot, Alexa and WhatsApp
6. Exposure to working on mainstream Digital Channels like Net or Mobile Banking
7. Exposure on various digital channels like website and m-site
8. In-depth knowledge on UPI payments specially on UPI 1.0 and UPI 2.0. Both issuance and acquiring.
9. Worked on other digital channels like sms banking, missed-call banking and social banking.
10. Hands on solution architecting / product implementation / solution delivery preferred with Banks
11. Should lead the QA team and help them in writing test cases and test scenarios.
