Vice President/Senior Vice President - Legal - Real Estate Division

A multi billion dollar, well respected diversified group having interests in Hospitality, BFSI, E Commerce & Real Estate.

Is looking for Vice President/Sr. Vice President-Legal for it's Real Estate division in Mumbai. Incumbent should be a senior legal professional practising the laws related to land, construction, purchase & sale contracts, environment etc. Dealt litigations at all levels and co ordinates with big legal firms with respect to litigations. Should be well versed with new Regulatory Law for Real Estate sector.

Responsibilities :

- Scrutiny of Land Records / Title Deeds.

- Drafting of various Agreements (Sites, Residential & Commercial).

- Co-ordinate with external law firms.

- Coordinate with Govt agencies like High Court, MCGM, Collectors Office, PWC, MPCB,,,,etc. for various real estate matters.
