Vice President/Senior Vice President HR- Billion Dollor Indian Business House
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision.
- Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.
- Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues.
- Work with the company's executive management team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company.
- Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
- Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits globally.
- Oversee the digitization of company infrastructure and employee practices
- Lead all people experience programs in areas such as benefits, compensation, diversity, inclusion, and performance management
- Develop, interpret and implement policies and procedures to further the company's goals with a data-driven mind-set
- Manage, coach, and develop direct reports as well as provide daily leadership for our HR and Recruiting team
- Work closely with the leadership team to continuously evolve our employee experience by optimizing internal events, on boarding, communication, feedback mechanisms, and employee interactions
- Support employees with excellent benefits, strong performance & compensation philosophy and empathetic engagement
- Serve as a strategic business partner to the senior leadership team
- Evaluates both short-term and long-range planning for new and existing programs
Report to MD. Candidates' experience in Sales and Marketing Organizations and Plant Employee relations preferred.
