Job Profile:
The organization has an employee strength of more than 6000 employees across the Indian States.
- Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision.
- Develop HR strategies & plans for Employee Relations
- Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues.
- Work with the company's executive management team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company.
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
- Lead all people to experience programs in areas such as benefits, compensation, diversity, inclusion, and performance management
- Develop, interpret, and implement policies and procedures to further the company's goals with a data-driven mindset
- Manage, coach, and develop direct reports as well as provide daily leadership in HR
- Work closely with the leadership team to continuously evolve our employee experience by optimizing internal events, onboarding, communication, feedback mechanisms, and employee interactions
- Serve as a strategic business partner to the senior leadership team
- Evaluates both short-term and long-range planning for new and existing programs
The above position reports to the CEO.
