The focus of the job shall include the following :

- Lead the initiative of organization design and development(ODD).

- Initiate the competency assessment and development exercise.

- Work on the PMS and reward system.

- Program management of talent engagement in the enterprise.

- Develop talent analytics for monitoring and taking action.

- Identification of hi potential employees, their career pathing, and development.

- Talent acquisition of senior and top management skills.

- The position reports to the CEO.

- There is an organization of professionals to support this position.

- Professionally qualified candidates having experience in HR consulting are also preferred.
