VP/SVP - HRBP for Rural Business Finance
Job Purpose : To drive & align the human resource teams efforts and contribution for efficient and effective delivery of human resource services and initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Talent Acquisition: New Initiatives & Branding, Cost Effective hiring, Process Improvements.
- Employer Branding: Internal corporate communication & External Employer Branding.
- Centralize On-boarding & Induction: Introduced & implemented best practices in First Impression. Post On-boarding: Joining Formalities, Employee Code Generation, BGV Process.
- Managing the Entire PMS cycle (Goal Setting & KRA).
- HRMS
- Employee Exits, Grievances & Resolutions. Leadership staffing and development
- Retention and Attrition management .
- Employee engagement
Education : Grad/Post Grad Total Experience : 8+ years
Skills & Competencies :
- Partnering with business leaders and top management for driving HR agenda for business results
- Strategic skills for developing and implementing HR agenda for Key deliverable and metrices
- Analytics based decision making for driving HR process & initiatives
