- Formulating and implementing people strategy of the group in collaboration with business heads.
- Collaborate with the business leadership team on the design and implementation of key HR Strategies.
- Mentor and develop internal talent to ensure their success in a constantly changing environment
- Regularly engage with Business Heads for manpower requirement and placement.
- Develops terms for hires, promotions, and transfers.
- Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Works closely with senior management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- The individual should be a smart, aggressive and assertive professional with excellent Stakeholder management skills.
- The role holder will need strategic thinking skills as well as have the ability to translate the vision into tangible tactical and long term actions.
- Strengthening of Performance Management Processes, drive transparency of process and Manager effectiveness in conducting the process /provision of feedback.
