Vice President/Senior Vice-President - Debt Syndication - BFSI

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute debt syndication strategies for clients' financing needs.

- Evaluate opportunities in Debt Capital Markets, including bonds and NCDs.

- Lead debt underwriting processes and assess creditworthiness and risks.

- Contribute to Fixed Income Sales and Debt Sales efforts.

- Collaborate with clients to structure complex debt transactions.

- Maintain relationships with stakeholders, investors, and financial institutions.

- Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's is a plus).

- 3+ years of experience in Debt Syndications and related areas.

- Proficiency in debt structuring and underwriting.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Analytical mindset for risk assessment.

- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks.

- Track record in Fixed Income Sales and Debt Sales is advantageous.
