Role :- Vice President / Sr.Vice President ( RPA)
Location :- Delhi NCR / Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore / USA
Purpose of the Job :
- Manage account/capability through end to end delivery of an Automation Program
- Define benchmarks, provide training and guidance on best practices
- Define Robotics Strategy, Build Governance and Enterprise RPA model and deliver automation efficiency to clientele
- Manage Sales, Pre-sales and Project deliveries for the competency
- Ensures alignment of the right RPA technology with existing architecture and security standards to ensure technology compatibility & efficiency
- Identifies, assesses and proposes high potential RPA opportunities & prioritization
- RPA vendor management including the creation of a suitable governance and support model with the vendor(s)
The person we are looking for :
- Lead client conversations for accessing their automation requirements
- To be able to drive client conversations right from sales through delivery.
- Builds effective networks and alliances inside and outside the unit, which benefit the unit/Organization
- Works effectively under pressure - balances multiple objectives
- Involves/co-ordinates with team members in decisions and being directive, depending on the needs of the team and the situation
