Vice President/Senior Vice President - Business Analyst - Risk Domain - Banking Captive

JD:

- Drive overall risk delivery stream with in front to back program

- Manage one or many projects/work streams for global programs

- Attend weekly governance calls (design, working group, control etc.)

- Allocate resources and oversee analysis tasks

- Report status to various governance committees

- Manage monthly budget submission

- Resolve interdepartmental analysis issues

- Drive design, documentation, change request sign-off

- Senior stakeholders management

- Manage project materials; create and own project plans, risks, issues management tools

- Provide guidance and recommendations when required

- Propose new initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the program

- Ensure deliverables meet required quality standards

- Develop and maintain a Communications Plan

- Produce progress and other management reports

Must have:

- Strong experience into Project and people management, Program management and Delivery (fictional role not a tech role).

- Must be VP on paper as it's a Sen. VP role.

- Strong exp working with banking captive.

- Demonstrated track record of creating detailed project plans with multiple phases/tasks and tracking dependencies and resource allocations

- Strong business knowledge of the Banking Industry and/or Financial Services

- Significant experience of embedding risk management in a complex organization

- Desired understanding of Regulator delivery programs, ideally in Risk and Finance

- Good understanding of market and credit risk data and processes

- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks and people

- Proven ability to communicate with all levels of management in a clear, concise manner

- Excellent organizational, problem solving, leadership, written and verbal communication skills

- Ability and confidence to challenge and raise issues/risks and drive solutions for benefit of the project.
