Vice President/Senior Manager - Product Management - Financial Firm

The candidate is responsible for driving business volume from the existing key channels.

- He/she will be responsible for key channel development and the first point of contact for all business and service related querries .

- The candidate is responsible to develop new tie ups especially in fintech and online market- place .

- Upon adding key accounts, he or she will be responsible for nurturing the relationship to ensure steady business flow with stipulated TAT and COA requirements.

- The candidate will lead the team of 5-6 key account managers based out of delhi/Mumbai and Bangalore.

- The job entails extensive travel across top -8 locations understanding channel issues and sales productivity.

- The candidate need to be well versed with system integrations and issues thereof, should be able to address technical queries and should be able to address partner or channels tech requirements.

- The candidate is required to gather market intelligence on emerging fintech space with newer customer journeys and is expected to help product development team in devise new CJs

Qualifications

- 10-12 years work experience in Personal loan sales/ product role.

- Should have work experience of min 5 years in a team management role.

- Preferably from Banks, NBFC or fintech companies.

- Post-Graduation Degree/ Diploma with a reputed institute.
