The role is responsible for HR relationship management for allocated Business Function, Stakeholder management, Driving continuous Employee connect, Performance management, Productivity and Partnering with CoE's .

Qualification: MBA (2008-2014 batch)
- Support the business on holistic HR aspects
- Provide strategic interface to stakeholders through the provision of high quality guidance and support in developing and progressing people management solutions to achieve business objectives
- Coach, support, mentor and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices, provide advice and guidance on complex HR issues
- Drive employee engagement and connect for the business / function
- Manage talent management activities for the business / function.
- Extensive interaction with CoE (Rewards, TAG, OD, TM, HRSS, etc.) to drive the HR agenda for the business / function.
- Lead the Year End compensation process balancing the adherence to Group principles and the business nuances.
- Manage employee grievances and investigations at a ground level and integrate them within the ER framework and grievance redressal process.
- Act as a change agent to the business, designs processes and approaches which prepares employees for ongoing change & transformation.
- Ensure strong leadership bench for the function across middle and senior leadership
