Job Description :
- The role requires a deep understanding and hands on experience of unsecured business loans to businesses and Self-Employed professionals as well as industry knowledge and market intelligence.
- Deliver a profitable Small Business Loan book with immaculate portfolio quality by growing all the revenue pools and business segments
- Enable high quality growth for the retail loan business to meet our strategic objective of AUM in the next 3 - 4 years.
- Most critical is to have an in-depth understanding of customer needs and design products, processes which deliver differentiated service level.
- Executing the defined business strategy to achieve the defined sales and collection targets and create a demand funnel and alternate channels for lead generation.
- Responsible for managing growth and profitability of the channel and meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
The Successful Applicant -
CA or MBA/PGDM Finance with at least 10-12 years of experience in unsecured business loan sales of handling a zone
- Experience of working in NBFC/MFI or any of the retail bank with India side of business
- Proficient in technology and financial dashboards
- Interpersonal skills with excellent command in written and oral communication
