Key Result Areas :

1) Responsibility for P & L

2) Drive strategy for Business Development

3) Responsible for driving transition from volume to value business especially in the MICE business

4) Build scale in the nascent SMM business

5) Needs to develop a strong second level leadership (which currently is more transactional rather than strategic.

- Strong process orientation required.

- The MICE business has been growing exponentially and in 7 years they have scaled to the 5th or 6th in terms of the organized sector.

- Currently they have branches/representation outside Gurgaon in Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata and in Chennai.

- The SMM business will be transitioned into a BPO model with India being the hub for APAC operations in 2020.

Career Plan : Likely step up position would be roles such as COO for the company and then could grow into the CEO's role in the future. Could also become part of the Global Talent of the organization and be eligible for overseas assignments.
