Vice President - Sales - Thermal Solutions

To create large scale revenue growth for our client's award-winning range of thermal solutions products by creating new customers and increasing sales from new and existing customers.

a. Strategic Responsibility

i. Formulate sales strategy to achieve the said targets. Incumbent would be responsible for defining an effective coverage strategy and setting annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly targets for sales of existing products.

ii. Prepare Sales Budget

iii. Review sales plan regularly (weekly) and work with team to introduce new strategies or modify existing strategies to achieve sales targets.

b. Marketing and Analytics

i. Identify and organize marketing events

ii. Lead and Sales Tracking. Incumbent would be responsible for working with the sales team and providing monthly MIS for sales. Inputs from this activity would need to be used to guide sales team on prospective new opportunities, clients and areas to explore.

c. Leadership:

i. Guide and lead sales and service team to achieve the said targets.

ii. Conduct regular review and appraisals of team

d. Sales & Service:

i. Achieve Revenue targets through sales of existing products

ii. Identify OEMs & large business houses and build integrated product portfolios for them - incumbent to be responsible for identifying such clients, understanding their requirement, building appropriate product portfolios, sales, service and maintaining customer relationships.

iii. Build and manage service and installation partners across India

iv. CRM for increasing revenue base from existing customers

v. Reduce the service cost and generate service spare parts sale.

vi. Ensure documentation and prompt action on all the service call

vii. Ensure all the issues are informed to production / engineering &; design in order to make requisite changes

4. Personal Profile:

a. Qualification :

MBA with extensive sales and marketing experience spanning 10+ years in the relative segments (Cold chain, agri business, logistics management, food processing and logistics). B.Tech or BE or higher degree in engineering preferred.
