- Developing Circle operating plans and revenue targets in line with overall business plans
- Lead a team of Regional Sales Managers, Circle Service Head, Marketing, Commercial and Quality functions of the Circle
- Finalize operational and capital budgets for execution of plans in order to achieve business plans.
- Drive focus on sales, service delivery and quality.
- Drive people and capability development initiatives at the circle level.
