- Support onshore team to be innovative in solving client problems to enable creation of deeper collaborative partnerships with Bangalore team
- Enable offshore ICG teams to focus their time to better understand and service client and onshore needs
- Maintain close liaison with Research teams and Global Banking teams within the Service centre
- Develop good relationships and fluid dialogue with the onshore sales teams
- Ensure all relevant documentation is in place when presenting information to clients (e.g. Disclaimers, suitability reviews etc.)
- Ensure line manager and any relevant ICG stakeholder is aware of any obstacles or issues that may reduce ability to meet deadlines
- Increasing focus on business continuity delivery
- Preparation of client Presentations and coverage maps for strategic and focus clients along with MI and analytics for client strategy, sales strategy and opportunity assessment. Assisting onshore RM teams in their end to end client related deals and advisory work functions which would include interacting with onshore/offshore product, banking, operations teams
- Overall 7 to 10 years- experience in financial services preferably having exposure to the Markets Sales environment
- Experience in managing a team with clear competencies in people development, performance management and high quality execution
- Proven experience in workflow monitoring (e.g. tracking & communication of issues)
- Understanding of Global Markets products- foreign exchange, fixed income, equities
- Exposure to markets related advisory role in previous stints (Treasury Sales/ Dealing room/ Global Research)
- Qualification : MBA from Tier 1 B-school or CA/ Masters in Economics from reputed institutions
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Flexibility to adapt to UK, US or HK hours
