VP - Sales APAC
Our client is looking for a Vice President of Sales for our Asia-Pacific region.
You will be a proven VP level Sales Leader working in Enterprise class technology and with that strong combination of experience, energy and professionalism that is required in order to excel at an emerging SaaS software organization.
All the regional sales teams in APAC region will report into this role. Across the region in each market leading brands have adopted our client solution already and the responsibility of this role is to grow/scale the business with right processes and people in each of the regional markets.
Responsibilities :
- As a professional sales leader you will bring plans and strategies to achieve the overall company goals and specifically your personal goals of revenue, growth and market share, while at the same time taking care of the P&L of a successful sales function.
- Almost equally important is to define the optimum structure, hire and develop talent, to support our ongoing growth and to create and maintain a continuous culture of success and achievement within the team.
- Ultimately a large majority of your time will be customer facing to ensure the success of your team and developing key relationships that will also allow you to measure the pulse of the market in general, manage customer expectations and communicate relevant information back to the organization through regular interactions with Marketing, Products, Global Services and the rest of the management team.
- Other expectations include accurate, predictable forecasting, continuous improvement and training around the sales process.
Skills/Experience :
- Proven track record of building and managing a Sales organization in a product company
- Ability to work in diverse, virtual, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams
- Experience and knowledge about the wellness industry is preferred
- Deeper understanding of software technology for large enterprises a big plus
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering a big plus
- Ability to present complex technology concepts to Senior executives in an understandable way
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Extensive travel required in the APAC region
- 10+ years of work experience.
- 5+ years of work experience in software product sales
- 3+ years of work experience as a VP Sales or Director of Sales
