- Sales Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor sales team performance against targets.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively, allocating resources for maximum ROI.
- Sales Technology: Identify and implement sales technologies and tools to streamline processes and enhance the efficiency of the sales team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of successful experience in B2B SAAS sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of SAAS products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to formulate and execute sales strategies.
- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
