Job Summary:
To provide Leadership, Coordination & Strategic Direction to all channels of Sales function of Retail division. To be accountable for the primary and secondary sales with an objective of achieving the targeted Top & Bottom line.

To Achieve Sales Target - All Channels
Operational:
Distribution, Placement and Expansion of selling network as per the selling structure
Overlooking Receivables management & Cost control.
Strategizing and Planning booking conferences
Will be actively involved in sales promotions and new collection launch
Will provide inputs to the design team
Setting & implementing minimum booking norms for Distributors and other channel partners
Finding new prospects for showrooms & getting old showrooms to invest for renovation
Keeping team motivated towards performing as well as keeping attrition rates to the minimum
Getting internal team members to understand the criticality of customer-orientation
Striking balance between short-term sales objectives and long term business protection and growth
Creating Brand Visibility & transforming it as preferred brand for consumers
People Development:
Develop Talent within the team by providing consistent direction and support to achieve stretched targets and take leadership position.
Training and mentoring the sales staff to achieve the set targets
Customer:
Market analysis and reporting for customer orientation
To incorporate feedback from the market in the products with help of design team
