Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Strategy:

Performance Management & Development:

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the real estate industry.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of real estate sales methodologies and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
