Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales organization in driving revenue growth and market expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies while building and managing high-performing sales teams.

This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and requires regular travel to regional offices and client locations.

- Overall Sales Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and market share objectives

- Lead and inspire a team of sales directors, managers, and representatives across multiple regions or product lines

- Create and optimize sales processes, methodologies, and best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness

- Establish sales forecasts, resource requirements, and revenue projections in collaboration with executive leadership

- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities

Required Qualifications:

- 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in sales leadership roles

- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving business growth

- Experience in building, training, and developing successful sales teams

- Strong understanding of sales technologies, CRM systems, and sales analytics tools

Leadership Competencies:

- Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute long-term sales strategies

- Team Building: Excellence in recruiting, developing, and retaining top sales talent

- Performance Management: Strong track record of driving team performance and accountability
