Strategic Interface:
- Propose effective sales strategies for promotional as well as ongoing products; sales strategies to include offers, schemes, discounts
- Ensure effective pricing and promotional strategies, keeping in mind the organizational objectives
- Achieve Budgeted Selling Price
- Driving a team of highly motivated & experienced sales managers from varied backgrounds to deliver targeted revenues
- Co-coordinating with top management & head of execution & marketing departments for delivery of requirements that drive sales
- Explore ways for enhancing sales through various medium traditional & new sales channels
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments
Sales Related :
- Evolve sales targets based on projects and strategies for achievement of the targets
- Explore ways for enhancing sales through various medium
- Propose split-up of targets among the sales executives
- Review and monitor achievement of sales targets by the department
- Analyze customer site visits conducted by Sales executives
- Negotiate and finalize sales whenever required by Sales executives
- Meet certain key customers for relationship building
- Coordinate with legal department for agreementing for sale and other transfer related documents on behalf of the customer
- Ensure the various discounts and offers promoted by the marketing department are being properly executed by the Sales executives
- Monitor the effectiveness of various discounts given to customers in order to gain a better understanding of customer preferences
- Analyze conversions and propose corrective action
- Train and motivate the team for effective customer management
- Ensure that the site sales office functions as per the standards prescribed by BBCL
Collections Related:
- Ensure collection of dues from customers as per payment schedule till the project is handed over to the CRM
- Follow up on all outstanding collections, registration and all necessary client servicing functions in coordination with CRM department
Coordination and Liaisoning between departments
Information flow :
Marketing Department:
- Receive update on marketing strategies, leads information, enquiries, etc
- Provide project booking status; information regarding key customers; customer responses to promotions, marketing activities, etc
CRM Department:
- Pass on sales information to CRM on time
- Update the CRM department on any new sales propositions or policies
- Provide updated information regarding offers/ schemes/ discounts
Team Management :
- Continuous assessment of skill set inventory vis-- -vis organizational/functional needs, identify gaps and induct right people
- Identify training needs of the staff members and organize suitable training programmes for their personal development
- Establish mentor programs for key staff members
Conduct periodical performance appraisal of the team members and guide them to improve their performance and build their career path
