- Hiring for Vice President of Sales.

- We are looking for a driven and dynamic Vice President of Sales with a strong background in procurement and B2B sales to join our growing team.

- This is an individual contributor (IC) role, focused on hunting new business opportunities and expanding our footprint across mid-sized to enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise-level clients.

- Build and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.

- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.

- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to align sales efforts with business objectives.

- Maintain a deep understanding of client needs, procurement trends, and competitive landscape.

- Deliver accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools.

- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and thought leadership.

About You:

- 12 to 16 years of total experience in a high-impact B2B SAAS sales role.

- Strong domain knowledge in procurement or any B2B SAAS Industry is a must.

- Proven track record of hunting and consistently exceeding sales targets.

- Experience selling into mid-sized to enterprise clients.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Highly motivated, self-starter with a consultative sales approach.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

- Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
