VP Sales
- Working in direct conjunction with the Founders on a regular basis to scale the business and meet targets
- Lead a young and robust team comprising sales, business development and account management and operations
- Own the PnL (top-line and bottom-line) metrics for the entire business unit
- Lead and drive business development strategy and communication, deliver strategic objectives and oversee demand planning internally
- Evaluate the performance of sales and account management groups against established metrics and expectations
- Identify any potential risks from the client side from the perspective of business stability and take appropriate actions to mitigate the same
- Set & manage expectations so that contracts, objectives and initiatives are met effectively
- Manage proposal quoting, cost analysis, reports, budgets, supply utilization analysis and capital expenditure management as needed
