Vice President - Sales & Marketing - Precast Structure/PEB Building/Modular Housing

Duties and responsibilities:

- Develop, Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions by sales selling cycle and methodology.

- Direct and oversee the company sales and marketing function to identify and develop new customers for company products and services, analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.

- Responsible for developing the strategy for online and offline marketing initiatives viz. integrating online and new media, Web analytics, e-mail marketing, direct mail, social media, company websites, SEM/SEO strategy development, brand awareness and drip marketing initiatives.

- Develop five year and ten year business plans for the company. Develop, Manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.

- Plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach.

- Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.

- Participate in the development of new project proposals.

- Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

- Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.

- Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.

- Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs.

- Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.

- Working knowledge of the potential of technological channels such as social media for the marketing and communication of company products

- Identify new business opportunities to grow sales and profitability

- Identify and regularly review potential suppliers and negotiate commercially viable contracts

- Analysing past sales figures/trends to anticipate future company product needs.

- Monitor performance against plan, taking appropriate action to maximise sales and profit and reduce stockholding whilst increasing stock turn

- Establish critical path for development and delivery of all product ranges

- Establish effective working relationships with sales and agency leadership to ensure that our products and services are implemented through sales enablement and marketing demand generation programs

- Drive & executive campaign management for client acquisition programs across multiple channels and analyse performance that leverage clients- behavioural interest for sales revenue.

- Execution through ERP and CRM for monitoring tasks and improving employee productivity.

- Understand the products and services offering and approach of key competitors; communicate products and services differentiation to sales and provides input to marketing strategy

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

- Masters Degree in Marketing and ten years of experience in a senior-level sales and/or marketing position. Knowledge on Precast Structures, PEB buildings, modular housing is preferable

- Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations. Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations efforts.

- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.

- Should have a good network of Architects (preferably in Mumbai & Delhi)
