VP- Sales & Marketing/ GTM
Overview- Late stage Global Venture !
- We are looking for a team member with a strategic mindset to manage, analyze, and iterate our sales & gtm funnel across geographies.
- As a GTM leader, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales strategies, & processes to drive growth and success across multiple new LOB's & geographies.
What you will do:
- Outcome: We get to PMF faster with quick iterations - Document and iterate Product-Market Fit (PMF) by analyzing funnel leaks, developing slides for objections, and providing feedback to product and marketing teams.
- Outcome: Win new logos and customers. You will do sales & marketing & optimize the sales funnel. Track every client in the funnel - build a winning path for them, do email-based follow-ups, prioritize sales meetings for sales team, craft custom decks/collaterals, and actively participating in forecasting. Ideally, you will manage the win rate.
- Other GTM tasks as company and role will keep evolving.
- Hands on work, esp for the initial market launches. Then you will have the opportunity to build a team under you and grow fast with the company.
Apply if:
- 7-12 years experience in SaaS GTM for global clients (Marketing, Sales, GTM & management consulting background, Entreprenurial backgrounder with sales mindset preferred.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive sales & marketing funnel and identify areas for improvement
- Can understand customer mindset and communicate to win customers (short, simple, & outcome oriented communication)
