We're looking for an experienced candidate, a flexible and a versatile professional who is willing to lead the sales and marketing functions pivoting around cash flow and value chain management.
- Candidate having min 10-15 years of experience in management of FMCG company, mainly premium foods and beverages.
- Having demonstrated history and experience in all channels of sales i.e. Retail, Horeca, Key accounts, Gifting, contract manufacturing etc.
- Preparing, monitoring and controlling Business plan pivoting around profitability and sales growth
- Strategizing growth strategies and unlocking the sales potential of the products.
- Global business strategist.
- Build our BRAND WORLD and raise brand awareness driven by effective communication.
- Analyze our brand positioning and consumer insights.
- Helping shape and communicate our vision, mission and values.
- Translating brand elements and KPIs into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Be responsible for planning the Strategic Growth of our inbound and outbound sales channels.
- Tracking and analyzing the performance of our campaigns or initiatives
- Managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity and positioning.
- Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
- To turn creative ideas into effective projects.
- Being a creative and quantitative thinker, you should be familiar with various product marketing techniques.
- Ultimately, you'll be responsible for presenting our product(s) in ways that will strengthen our brand, boost sales and implement the most profitable plans to position and promote our products.

- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our Company and drive qualified traffic to our front door. Effectively communicate our vision, mission and values.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget for the Brand on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies to drive consumer pull.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing drives and campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
- Assess ROI and KPIs.
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
- Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching)
- Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website from time to time and blogs that attracts and converts our target groups
- Oversee and approve all marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures, POS material etc.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities.
- Monitor new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Manage a future team of marketing people working on brand initiatives and also work in coordination with cross-sections of internal and external customers.
Requirements:
- Handling of a PREMIUM PORTFOLIO is a prerequisite.
- Knowledge of Business environment and Govt. Policies related to the product category.

- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
- Experienced in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels, marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate action.
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
- An analytical mind with strong quantitative skills comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
- Data-driven thinking.
- A creative mind with a sense of aesthetics and a love for a great copy and a witty and solid communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
