Designation: Vice President Sales and marketing

- We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Head for the Delhi NCR region.

- Candidate should be from the fashion, and retail industry.

- Candidate must have done a master's from top B colleges.

- Manage multiple brands and review brand-wise p&l.

- Enhance D2C & Omni channel capabilities.

- Improve the cash conversion cycle.

- Review and monitor sourcing plans to achieve targets.

- Develop marketing concepts to elevate brand awareness and experience.

- Develop Sales Plans as per company goals

- Manage multiple brands and review brand-wise P&L

- Review and Monitor Department Budget

- Create SML Goals for the internal team

- Guide Business Managers/ Buyers to create robust sales and sourcing plans
