Job Description - The position will be responsible for managing Sales & Marketing teams of our client who is a market leading Building Materials company.
Client Details
Our client is a Globally renowned Building Materials manufacturer, with a large presence in interiors & Corporate furnishing. With manufacturing facilities across the globe, they have a significant presence in the Indian market as well.
Description :
- Preparing yearly sales operating plan
- Working closely with the CEO for long term strategic plan
- Preparing an annual sales budget with CEO
- Target management and achieving results by driving both the project & retail teams
- Implementing the product strategy as per the guidelines of the long term strategic plan of the company
Profile :
- Candidate has prior experience working with large, geographically spread sales teams
- Education background: Engineer + Tier 1 MBA preferred
- 18 to 25 years experience in the building materials industry
- Should have strong entrepreneurial skills
