Vice President - Sales Lead - GCC

Overview: As the GCC Sales Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales operations for the Global Captive Centers based in India. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of the market dynamics within the GCC space. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, expanding market share and enhancing the overall foot print in GCC space.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

o Develop and execute the sales strategy for the GCC customers in alignment with the overall company objectives.

o Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded consistently.

o Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

2. Market Expansion:

1. Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the GCC ecosystem in India.

2. Add new logos within GCC landscape and Mine existing GCC engagements thereby expand market share.

3. Formulate market entry strategies for new products or services, ensuring successful penetration and adoption.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

3. Team Management:

o Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team capable of delivering results in a competitive market environment.

o Set clear objectives and KPIs for the sales team and regularly assess performance against these metrics.

o Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and professional development.

4. Operational Excellence:

o Implement effective sales processes and procedures to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.

o Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize sales performance.

o Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

5. Client Engagement:

o Personally engage with key clients and prospects to build strategic relationships and secure major deals and help in increasing footprint among GCC customers.

o Act as a senior ambassador for the organization, representing its interests at industry events, conferences, and seminars.

6. Performance Reporting:

o Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and market trends to senior management for India GCC Accounts.

o Provide actionable recommendations based on analysis and interpretation of sales data.

Requirements:

- Minimum 25 yrs Experience with proven expertise in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within the GCC region or similar international markets.

- Strong business acumen with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Preferably from service industry background.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Willingness to travel across country to meet GCC customers as needed.
