Vice President - Sales
Scrabble has been mandated to hire VP of Sales and Revenue for a fast-growing Large Enterprise Tech platform.
About the Role:
- We are looking for an experienced Vice President - Sales to lead and own our strategy and execution to drive our business goals. As our VP - Sales, you will lead the sales management team to determine priorities across PODs, develop the roadmap, and lead its execution, in partnership with our Product Development and Marketing teams.
- We are looking for a leader to bring in and imbibe a philosophy for how we work and deliver.
What You Will Be Doing :
- You will be responsible for heading all sales initiatives & driving product-led growth
- Build and lead a high performing sales team by providing strong, experience-led mentorship
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Devise and drive sales quotas in accordance with the organization's vision, maintain and measure key performance matrix for the sales function
- Create and implement a methodical, data driven sales process and ensure continuous optimisation of the sales cycle through analytical insights
- Contribute to the GTM strategy, introduce best practices and tools to improve sales funnel efficiencies.
- Implement a metrics driven approach to sales incentive, performance management, rewards and recognition
- Set up processes that ensure smooth coordination between the teams.
- Review business and product results regularly with leadership, suggesting changes to the business or product plans.
This comes with the following pre-requisites:
- Overall, 8-12 years of experience in Enterprise Business Development, revenue generation and leadership in a fast-paced SAAS/Tech platform.
- Preferably from Tier 1 Institutes
- Strategic, process oriented, customer & revenue focused and entrepreneurial mindset
- Demonstrable experience in scaling up business by 10X in a fast paced environment.
