Job Description :
- 10+ years of software/SaaS sales experience, and 2+ years of sales leadership as VP leading multiple sales teams.
- Proven SaaS sales experience in the US-based market
- Should have experience in generating revenue for a startup (SaaS) based company from $10 million to $50 million.
- Manage a team of Sales Leaders responsible for selling Enterprise Software and New Customer Acquisition in the region.
- Manage complex sales cycle selling SaaS-based products to CXOs of Fortune 500 organizations
- Strategize an annual Sales Plan and provide quarterly updates, revisions, and modifications to the Plan.
- Lead the entire sales process from qualification to closure and work with the internal team, pre-sales team as needed to move forward with clarity.
- Understands and negotiates contracts, requirements, SOWs, and CRs as needed with various stakeholders internally and externally.
- Build credentials and trust with authority and expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Mentor, support and guide the Salesforce practice team by giving them insight into what's happening in the larger ecosystem.
- Build and drive a high-performing sales organization.
- Strong relationship-building skills both internally and externally up to and including C-level executives or other key decision-makers.
- Proven track record of growing business from an established client base
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with revenue deadlines
