Build & manage Product Sales along with Channel and Key Accounts of institutional sales. viz. Power, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, EPC, Heavy Industries etc.
Develop & Maintain relationship with Channel and Key Customers.
Ensure increase in market share in weak areas.
Ensure profitability through monthly P&L and control on cost of Sales
Develop Budgets and ensure expenses are well within these.
Ability to network across all levels of customer organization.
Identify and participate in various network forums which help in breakthrough into various institutions
Develop a second line that would take on the role with defined timelines.
Build process and provide leadership and direction to individuals managing inquiries
Develop a monthly MIS and report to the Senior Management
Provide coaching and development to the team
Manage accounts receivable by ensuring on time payments
Build sales processes that are repeatable
Minimum 18-20 years in a direct sales role managing Large/ institutional / Channel Partners with excellent track record in sales. BE Electrical with an MBA preferred.
Demonstrated ability to interact at multiple levels of customer organization
Must have ability to work in and across teams
