Qualification : B.Tech+ MBA
Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 15 years of customer facing Business-to-Business Client Acquisition Experience.
- May consider 12+ years for MBA from Tier 1 institutes
- Preferably should have experience in the HR Services industry.
- Has experience of building and managing team for atleast 5 years.
- Has managed CXO Level Clients.
- Has handled clients from Top IT/ITES, E-Commerce, technology & BFSI sector.
Job Profile :
1. Sales Strategy :
- Accountable for achievement of organization top line targets for the assigned products.
- Designing and deploying the - Go to Market- strategy as per the target customer segment and key stakeholders to be influenced.
- Responsible for design and deployment of the team's sales structure to achieve better results.
2. Client Acquisition :
- Drive sales team's performance across multiple locations to achieve organization goals.
- Work with support team build plans to increase sales in each region
- Custodian of the entire Sales Life-cycle including Prospecting, Pitching, Offering, Negotiating and Contract Closure.
3. Acquiring Strategic Accounts / Partnerships :
- Identify and target strategic accounts/ partnerships that can be of long term benefit to the business.
- Build targeting strategy to acquire the business from such accounts or build an alliance with such partners.
- Post-acquisition, maintain strong relationships to ensure continuity of revenue.
4. Team Management :
- Attract, develop and retain quality sales force
- Provide guidance and support to members of the team to enhance production and productivity.
- Support in development and execution of long term growth plans like career - paths, Incentive Plans, Sales RnR linked to productivity, etc.
- Actively work with sales support
- Operations and Training to ensure the front-line and inside sale team achieve their results.
