VP HRBP Non Tech

The Role:

- As the VP, HRBP, you will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement across our fast-paced fintech environment.

- You will lead HR strategies that support business objectives, foster a high-performance culture, and enable leadership to scale teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business goals and fostering a high-performing culture.

- Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning: Drive workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning to support company growth.

- Employee Engagement & Culture: Champion initiatives that enhance employee experience, DEI efforts, and company culture.

- Leadership Development: Coach and mentor leaders on people management, organizational design, and leadership effectiveness.

- HR Operations & Compliance: Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to optimize compensation, benefits, performance management, and compliance processes.

- Change Management: Lead HR initiatives for organizational transformation, M&As, and business expansion in alignment with strategic priorities.

- People Analytics: Leverage data to drive HR insights, inform decision-making, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years as an HRBP supporting senior executives in a high-growth fintech, technology, or financial services environment.

- Leadership & Influence: Proven track record of influencing leadership teams, driving organizational effectiveness, and scaling HR strategies in a fast-paced company.

- HR Expertise: Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance, with experience in talent management, DEI, employee relations, and workforce planning.

- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to use HR analytics to influence business decisions and drive measurable outcomes.

- Agility & Adaptability: Experience working in dynamic, fast-growing environments, with the ability to pivot quickly and solve complex challenges.

- Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders and employees at all levels.
