Experience : 12 18 Yrs. of experience in Healthcare IT Product Sales
Job Responsibilities :
- Sound experience in selling Healthcare IT Product.
- Lead & excel the business volume from zero to agreed numbers.
- Monitor & control collection process.
- Launch, manage and handle the Business Partner Alliance / Channel network for the Company.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company's customer base.
- Top and bottom line business improvement plans.
- Team Management & team effectiveness.
Candidate Competency Profile :
- Knowledge of healthcare domain would be an added advantage.
- Ability to set and manage priorities, budgets, and deadlines.
- Experienced at managing and delivering on time with multiple concurrent priorities.
- Skilled and creative business development manager with understanding of sales and channel dynamics.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong persuasive skills and ability to influence decision makers.
- Applies expert knowledge and understanding of all business development activities
