Our client is a well-funded Fintech startup in the Lending space. They are backed by VCs with strong experience and an experienced leadership team.
They are looking to hire a smart Sales Head for their organization. The position takes charge of all Sales and Operations activities and reports to the CEO.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Head of Department Sales & Operation
- Set up and manage sales channels
- Setting up Call Centre operations
- Leading sales team and managing the entire P&L
- Drive sales targets for each store, meeting individual and collective business targets of Sales, Profitability and Brand awareness.
- Optimize and manage operations at Channels to ensure service levels and maintain supply chain efficiency and meet operational working capital cycles
To qualify for this position you should:
- MBA with 12+ years of experience
- Have good experience in leading Regional/National Sales in a BFSI Organization
- Preferably have some experience in the Lending space
- Have excellent experience in Managing Sales & Operations across Regions
- An experience in FinTech or a startup or a new age organization is a plus
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and demonstrate creativity and intellectual flexibility in an uncertain and rapidly changing environment
- Be from Mumbai or ready to relocate
