Key Responsibilities :
Looking for a maverick who is passionate about increasing the digital share of Business for BFSI
- Overall responsibility for planning, strategy and execution of company's sales goals from identified regions
- Build and lead a team of high performing sales reps
- Define and set a culture of success and goal achievement
- Define and enforce sales processes that bring predictability into revenue and forecasting
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts
- Work closely with marketing and inside sales functions to establish successful and effective marketing programs
- Join relevant and strategic sales meetings and develop required client relationships
Qualifications :
- Undergraduate degree in engineering with MBA from a premier institute.
- 10+ years of experience in sales (SAAS based/enterprise sales)
- High work ethic and exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience of individual excellence in selling high tech products to large enterprises in India, South East Asia and Middle East
- Demonstrated experience in building and leading sales teams to deliver sales results and targets
- Must have excellent communication skills
- BFSI experience is a plus
