Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced VP- sales to lead our edible Oil business unit. As VP-Sales , you will be responsible for delivering the Annual Operating Business Plan Volumes of Edible Oil and ensuring top-line and bottom-line growth of the business. You will manage, train, and monitor a large sales team and be responsible for delivering top-class execution of launches that require planning, directing, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability on a sustainable basis, in line with the Annual Business Plan.
- Manage customer relationships by developing and managing channel partners to drive Sales and Distribution (S&D).
- Design trade promotion programs and execute them.
- Align and execute commercial strategy with the S&D team, ensuring effective delivery of coverage, productivity, and distribution.
- Design and implement customer development strategies, drive execution, and deliver growth.
- Identify, create, and develop new market opportunities.
- Coordinate with multi-functional teams in demand planning and forecasting, planning trade promotions, and sales capability building.
- Manage Channel Partners by building and maintaining relations with various stakeholders, and maintaining a strong relationship with top key account business partners.
Requirements:
- Post graduate degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 15 plus years of hard-core FMCG Sales experience with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, and persuasion skills. You should be good at using PowerPoint/Excel for basic analytics.
- Good knowledge of the local language.
