RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Leading analytics team, training & audits, internal helpdesk, sales customer helpdesk and EMI to achieve Sales Excellence
- Taking complete accountability for large scale Team of 100+
- Assisting in recruiting and training sales people
- Developing and promoting weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
- Working on deep analytics to forecast leads, calls, follow-ups, training and conversions
- Liaison extensively with organisation's leaders
- Working on various process improvements across sales functions like; training, audit, fraud, internal helpdesk.
REQUIREMENTS :
- MBA/PGDM. (Tier 1 mandatory)
- 8+ years of Extensive experience in Sales & team Management
- Relevant experience in leading Sales efforts
- Extremely driven and aggressive professional
- Should have strong experience with Start-up firms and should have built the Sales Excellence team from the scratch
- Strong ability to influence people and lead teams
